A ROUNDING Immersion:
A Deep Release Practice

WHAT IS ROUNDING?

A 'Round' is an advanced technique that incorporates yoga and breathwork into your current meditation practice, preparing the body and mind for profound meditative experiences.

When performed several times consecutively under the guidance of a trained Initiator on retreat, meditators experience deeper levels of rest and stress release than can be achieved through regular home practice alone.

You'll Learn This Proundly Simple, Yet Powerful Sequence:
A complete integration of asana (postures), pranayama (controlled breath), and meditation that we call ROUNDING.

One Round Duration: Approximately One Hour

  • 10-15 minutes | Gentle postural yoga (no straining)

  • 3-5 minutes | Pranayama breathwork

  • 20 minutes | Vedic Meditation

  • 10 minutes | Rest and integration

Early Sept: Book your flight
Make sure to fly into Aeropuerto Internacional Rafael Hernández (BQN)

Alternatively, fly into (SJU) then (MAZ). You’ll want at least 2 hours in between flights if you go this route, to ensure a more relaxed experience.

Preparing for Paradise

Packing Essentials:

Light, breathable fabrics (cotton and linen ideal)

  • Sun hat for island adventures

  • Bathing suits (bring a spare)

  • Comfortable sandals plus walking shoes

  • Reef-safe sunscreen (we recommend Avasol Mineral)

  • Natural insect protection (citronella, lavender, or eucalyptus oils)

  • Dedicated retreat journal

  • Toiletries and personal medications (eco-friendly products preferred)

Island Living Tip: Pack light—washer and dryer available on-site.
