Sri Yantra : Enliven the Feminine Divine within!

Sri Yantra : Enliven the Feminine Divine within!

I've learned after years in clinical practice...
Consciousness determines the Physiology

WHAT does that mean?
You cannot have profound leaps in your healing without reckoning with the truth of who/what you are.

HOW?
Through finding your way in. For me, the answer was Vedic Meditation.

If you are interested in finding our more, I offer a group Foundations Course monthly and Private Courses as needed. I teach you how to meditate with an effortless technique that is meant for "householders" aka regular folks who want to stay engaged in the relative world. Basically, that means people who have relationships, jobs, enjoy being in community, rather than living a monastic/ascetic lifestyle. If this intrigues you, register for an introductory talk and I'll tell you more about it.

If you have already learned, I offer Refresher Courses and Advanced Seminars regularly. Here are some upcoming dates:

For those of you who are new to Truing, I wanted to share where the name came from: )

The Story of  T R U I N G

I chose the name T R U I N G because I wanted to emphasize the intention of my practice...it is built on the action of aligning and helping you become more true to you. I first learned about this when a good friend helped me “true” my wheel! I fell in love with the idea, as it was exactly what I wanted to do with my holistic practice. Since then I’ve found that the concept of “true” is used in various fields, such as describing the gait of an animal’s walk or even in legal jargon, as a call to action, like “true up!”
