Statement &
Brief History

As a student of Human Nature, I studied Art and Chinese Medicine before I found my way to Vedic Meditation. My philosophical curiosity and well-being journey ultimately led me here.

Vedic Meditation is the most aligned and comprehensive worldview. It was and continues to be the catalyst for profound growth. With this simple daily practice, you can fast-track your own evolution.

I was initiated into Vedic Meditation by Robert Hammond in early 2016. The following year I went to India on retreat with Thom Knoles and the rest is history.

Progressive evolution came quickly and continues to be the guiding principle in my life.

Education

SHANKARACHARYA LINEAGE
& INITIATOR TRAINING

After two years of Advanced Courses in New York, I completed my teacher training in 2018 at Vedic Meditation Initiator Training Program in the foothills of the Himalayas with Thom Knoles, Maharishi Vyasananda Saraswati, the preeminent master teacher of Vedic Meditation.

Upon graduation, we received blessings and were officially inducted into the Shankaracharya Tradition of Vedic teachers by the Supreme Authority of Vedic Knowledge in the Shankaracharya tradition, Maharaj Swami Kailashanand Giri.

We are fortunate to have a clear and direct connection to Śri Brahmananda Saraswati, our Guru Deva, through my teacher Thom Knoles, and his teacher, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.
