What is Vedic Meditation?
Vedic Meditation is a form of effortless meditation. It is easy and anyone can learn. It does not require you to give up anything essential to your nature, but it will help you to release the accumulation of stress in the body and with it some old irrelevant habits.
Where does Vedic Meditation originate from?
The source of this ancient wisdom is from Northern India, specifically from the Shankaracharya lineage. This wisdom of integration of life comes through a long line of teacher-to-student transmission that we call our Guru Parampara. We are fortunate to have a clear lineage you will be introduced to during your initiation into Vedic Meditation.
What are the benefits of Vedic Meditation?
