Private Rounding Retreat
Rounding is a technique that allows the physiology to release a backlog of stresses stuck in the body. While our daily practice of meditation is our regular maintenance, rounding is reserved for retreat settlings with a teacher to facilitate the process of “industrial- strength” stress release.
I recommend an annual schedule for people who feel healthy and well and semi-annual or seasonal for people who are still working on releasing historic stress memory. Remember more is not necessarily better and I highly recommend touching base with a trusted teacher, before rounding on your own.
It is my general caution to say, ”do not try this at home [alone].”
